Welcome to Life 2.0

Learning to live after a near death experience.

Lessons from living a second life

“Things you can’t see” is not just about overcoming adversity, it’s about building a community around collective experiences.

It’s about helping others find the silver linings, the joy, the energy and the right mindset to enjoy life despite its challenges.

Brain injury & me

In April 2022, I suffered a brain haemorrhage, which tried to kill me, but instead gave rise to a second life.

My aim here is to help people come to terms with the fact that their lives are no longer what they once were, but there is so much more left to do.

A near-death experience is not only life-changing, it's life-giving.
